palace:A complex of rooms in The Palace of Typographic Masonry, dedicated to the ambiguities between architecture and typography. Represented by 4 Mupi-sized posters. In this first Suite, called '1. In Search for Lost Figuration', you find Basoli’s famous Alfabeto Pittorico, but you will also meet Letterel, a tall, thin man with shoe-noses pointing upwards as the lower curl of the l. It is common to glimpse a gigantic letter of the alphabet in a building’s silhouette or fragment. This “imageability” is even one of architecture’s key qualities.
