| racing·pigeon:The carrier pigeon is the basis for the graphic design of this installation by Gabriel Lester and Jennifer Tee. They asked Richard Niessen to design a ‘logo’ that could be used for the tiles, the clock and the stationary of the post office. The carrier pigeon with a small crown (a reference to the name Beatrix) delivers the letters to various other birds. This creates a layered correspondence between the various graphic expressions, which all come together in this poster. |
