| eight:the ARBM was looking for a way to inform an audience about the various art projects taking place within the percentage scheme. The identity ‘Kunst bij Rijksgebouwen’ (Art at Government Buildings) designed by Richard Niessen (in collaboration with Harmen Liemburg) is based on a force field of artist, user, budget, service/building, advisor, architect, project officer and year: the eight 'forces at work' to realise an artwork. The lines that can be drawn between those eight points form a font. |
